Dionisos Resort’s Reservation Policy is as follows :
In order to accept a reservation, 20% of the total booking price must be paid in advance. The remaining amount is paid on check-in on the day of arrival at the property.
The deposit for the reservation can be made either by bank transfer or by credit/debit card payment.
Cancellations made up to 30 days before arrival are entitled to a refund of the full amount of the deposit. In case the date of arrival of the reservation is less than 30 days from the date of cancellation, the deposit will not be refunded.
For Non-Refundable bookings no refund is made in case of cancellation.
In case the customer wishes to leave during his stay, he is obliged to pay the full amount of the remaining stay (up until the original departure date). The accommodation is NOT obligated for any refund in this case.
Dionisos Resort follows the following Damage Guarantee :
Upon arrival the visitor is obliged to pay the amount of 100 euros as a guarantee for any damages / losses. This amount will be refunded in full upon departure if it is found that there has been no damage / loss to the property. Otherwise, in case of damage / loss, the damage / loss is estimated and either a part of the amount is returned, or an additional amount is requested to make up for the damage / loss, depending on the calculated cost.
During the check-out the guests are obligated to wait at the reception for a quick check on the room/apartment/suite that they stayed, in order to verify that there are no damages occured. If any damages or losses are found, the guests are obligated to pay the correspinding cost.
Dionisos Resort follows the following additional rules :
The Ckeck-in hours are from 15:00 pm to 22:00 pm. Exceptions are allowed only upon request.
The Check-out hours are from 9:00 am to 11:00 am. Exceptions are allowed only upon request.
Visitors are required to observe the Common Quiet Hours, which are from 14:00 pm to 18:00 pm, and from 23:00 pm to 9:00 am.
Parties (Bachelor, etc.) are prohibited in the accommodation.
Music is forbidden in the accommodation.
The property is protected by Security services and there are 24-hour security cameras outside. However, customers are responsible for the safekeeping of their personal belongings and the property does not bear any responsibility in case of loss.
In case more guests arrive on arrival, than indicated in the booking details, the property owners will not accept the extra people.
Smoking is prohibited inside the rooms.
Guests can bring up to 1 pet at no extra charge, upon request with the property owners.
By making a reservation the guests automatically accept all the above rules and policies.
