Dionisos Resort’s Reservation Policy is as follows :
To accept a reservation, 30% of the total booking price must be paid in advance as a deposit. The remaining amount is paid on the day of arrival at the property.
The deposit of the reservation can be done either by bank transfer or by credit/debit card payment.
Cancellations made up to 30 days before arrival are entitled to a refund of the full amount of the deposit. In case the date of arrival of the reservation is less than 30 days from the date of cancellation, the deposit will not be refunded.
For Non-Refundable bookings no refund is made in case of cancellation.
In case the customer wishes to leave during his stay, he is obliged to pay the full amount of his initial reservation dates (until the original departure date).
Dionisos Resort follows the following Damage Guarantee
Upon arrival the visitor is obliged to pay the amount of 100 euro as a guarantee for any damages / losses. This amount will be refunded in full upon departure if it is found that there has been no damage / loss to the property. Otherwise, in case of damage / loss, the damage / loss is estimated and either a part of the amount is returned, or an additional amount is requested to make up for the damage / loss, depending on the calculated cost.
Dionisos Resort follows the following additional rules :
The check-in time is at 15:00
The check-out time is at 11:00
Visitors are required to observe the Common Quiet Hours, which are from 2 pm to 6 pm and from 11 pm to 9 am.
Parties (Bachelor, etc.) are prohibited in the accommodation.
The property is protected by Security services and there are 24-hour security cameras outside. However, customers are responsible for the safekeeping of their personal belongings and the property does not bear any responsibility in case of loss.
In case more guests arrive on arrival, than indicated in the booking details, the property owners will not accept the extra people.
Smoking is prohibited inside the rooms.
Guests can bring up to 1 pet at no extra charge, upon request with the property owners.
